ORDERED that Jessica Morgan, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child, and Susan McNeil, Esq., 309 North Tioga Street, Ithaca, NY 14850 is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act §1120 (b).
