Liz Martinez, Heather Schoonmaker, Donna L. Taylor Sanders, et al., Petitioners-Appellants, v. Janet DiFiore, in her official Capacity as Chief Judge of the State of New York and Chief Judicial Officer of the Unified Court System, et al., Respondents-Respondents.


Appeals having been taken to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 14, 2020 and February 20, 2020, and said appeals having been perfected,And non-party By Her Justice, Inc., having moved for leave to file an amicus curiae brief in support of petitioner-appellant, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the movant shall serve the amicus curiae brief on the parties and file one original, five hard copies, and a digital copy of the amicus curiae brief in accordance with any applicable rules of this Court.
