This case is on the calendar of the Court's May 8, 2023 trial session for Des Moines, Iowa. Respondent filed a Status Report on April 13, 2023, and advised that a basis for settlement has been reached. In the report, respondent stated that petitioners have yet to sign and return the proposed decision document to respondent's counsel for filing with the Court.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on May 8, 2023. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before July 7, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
