MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

This is an interlocutory appeal from an order denying appellant's motion to dismiss pursuant to the Texas Citizens Participation Act. Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Ann. § 27.003. On March 6, 2024, appellant filed a motion to dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). The motion is granted.

We dismiss the appeal.
