MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letter dated April 13, 2004, the Court notified appellant that it questioned its jurisdiction over this appeal because the notice of appeal was not timely filed. The letter directed appellant to file a letter brief explaining how the Court had jurisdiction over the appeal within ten days of the date of the letter. The letter warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. To date, appellant has not filed a letter brief explaining how the Court has jurisdiction over this appeal. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of jurisdiction. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
