MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letters dated November 19, 2003, appellants were directed to pay the filing fee of $125 and file a docketing statement in this appeal. The letters warned appellants that failure to pay the fee or file the docketing statement within ten days of the date of the letters would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. To date, appellants have not paid the filing fee or filed the docketing statement. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
