DIVORCE, § 47divorce as not granted to persons in pari delicto. On appeal from order dismissing defendant's cross complaint for divorce, where it appeared from evidence that defendant put plaintiff out of their house and changed locks on doors, and plaintiff broke into home and defendant's office and destroyed defendant's medical equipment used in his profession as doctor, held that persons who are in pari delicto may not be granted divorce and order should be affirmed.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. WILLIAM J. LINDSAY, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the June term, 1945.
