This case is currently calendared on the Court's San Diego, California, scheduled to begin June 20, 2023.

On April 21, 2023, petitioner Nicole L. Martin filed three separate motions: (1) motion to add party and change caption; (2) motion to compel production of documents; and (3) motion for continuance. We will direct the Commissioner to file responses to each motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 31, 2023, the Commissioner shall file a response to Ms. Martin's motion to add party and change caption. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 31, 2023, the Commissioner shall file a response to Ms. Martin's motion to compel production of documents. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 31, 2023, the Commissioner shall file a response to Ms. Martin's motion for continuance.
