MEMORANDUM OPINION


The Court's records in this appeal reveal that appellant has not paid the required filing fee of $125. Tex.R.App.P. 5. In a letter dated December 10, 2004, appellant was informed that failure to remit the fee within ten days would result in dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b), (c).
