ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge.

The parties filed a joint status report on November 16, 2023, which states that they continue to conduct discovery and it is anticipated that petitioners will need thirty (30) days or more to respond to respondent's fourth informal discovery request. After completion of the discovery process, respondent will renew his request for an informal interview of petitioner John A. Martell. In addition, petitioners will renew their request for an informal interview of the individual(s) identified by the respondent who will testify at trial.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before January 18, 2024, the parties shall file a joint report regarding the then-present status of this case.
