CERTIORARI — SUMMARY DISPOSITIONS

The motions of petitioners for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and the petitions for writs of certiorari are granted. The judgments are vacated and the cases are remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for further consideration in light of United States v. Booker, 543 U.S. ___ (2005). The Chief Justice took no part in the consideration or decision of these motions and these petitions.
