An appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Maria Espinosa Dennis, Judge.

Alonzo Marshall, in proper person.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General and Darien M. Doe, Assistant Attorney General, for appellee.

Before LEVY, GERSTEN, and GREEN, JJ.

As we did in Birch v. State, 787 So.2d 962 (Fla. 3d DCA 2001), we affirm the denial of the appellant's motion to correct illegal sentence without prejudice to appellant filing a petition for writ of mandamus.
