We REINSTATE this appeal that was previously abated due to the bankruptcy filing of appellee Citywide Community Development Corporation.
Before the Court is appellant's October 25, 2022 motion to start the commencement of this appeal. We GRANT the motion. The clerk's record has been filed and the court reporter has informed the Court that no record was taken. Accordingly, we ORDER the appeal be submitted without the reporter's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c).
Appellant shall file his brief on the merits on or before December 7, 2022.
