This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's May 20, 2024, Helena, Montana, trial session. On March 21, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 43). On May 7, 2024, petitioner filed a Response to Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 56).
On May 10, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 57). In it, respondent requests "until May 17, 2024 to reply to petitioner's response due to the length of petitioner's response and the multitude of arguments made in such response."
Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before May 17, 2024, respondent may file a reply to petitioner's Response to Motion for Summary Judgment.
