This case was originally calendared on the Court's November 29, 2021, San Francisco, California, trial session. On October 21, 2021, we struck this case from that trial session and continued it, and the undersigned retained jurisdiction. We directed the parties to file a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) on or before January 21, 2022, informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.

On January 21, 2022, respondent filed a status report in this case. Petitioner did not file a status report by that date or subsequently. Respondent represents that he has not received any documentation from petitioner since this case was continued. Petitioner is reminded of her obligation to cooperate with respondent's counsel to prepare this case for trial, including by supplying him with any documentation related to the issues present by this case. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent shall file, on or before March 11, 2022, a status report detailing the then-present status of this case.
