Appeal from Supreme Court, Ulster County.


Order reversed, without costs, and as a matter of discretion. The motion to set aside the default judgment is granted, and the defendant may have ten days after the entry of an order herein in which to answer upon the payment of $25 costs to the plaintiff. Foster, P.J., Bergan, Coon, Halpern and Zeller, JJ., concur. [See post, p. 1138; 1 A.D.2d 751.]
