An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 10, 2021, and said appeal having been perfected, And Ganfer Shore Leeds & Zauderer LLP, counsel for defendants-respondents, having moved for leave to withdraw as such counsel, and to adjourn the instant appeal by two Terms so as to afford defendants-respondents an opportunity to retain new counsel, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of granting Ganfer Shore Leeds & Zauderer LLP leave to withdraw as counsel for defendants-respondents and adjourning the perfected appeal to the December 2022 Term of this Court.
