Present — Peck, P.J., Dore, Cohn, Callahan and Van Voorhis, JJ.


On the authority of Landsman v. Landsman ( 302 N.Y. 45), the judgment appealed from in favor of plaintiff on her complaint and against defendant on his counterclaim is in all respects unanimously reversed and judgment is directed to be entered in favor of defendant-appellant on his counterclaim for annulment. Settle order on notice.
