382 So. 2d 750 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1980)

Opinion

No. QQ-401.

March 31, 1980.

Appeal from an order of a Judge of Industrial Claims; Elwyn M. Akins, Judge.

Bernard J. Zimmerman, of Akerman, Senterfitt Eidson, Orlando, for appellants.

W. James Kelly of Philpot Kelly, Lakeland, for appellee.

AFFIRMED.

ROBERT P. SMITH, Jr. and SHAW, JJ., concur.

BOOTH, J., dissents, with opinion.

I dissent from this court's retention of jurisdiction in this case, which arose outside the territorial jurisdiction of the court. See Crews v. Town of Bay Harbor, 378 So.2d 1265 (Fla. 1st DCA 1979).

On the merits, I would concur in the majority's opinion.
