AMANDA MARIE DILL, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the County Criminal Court No. 6 Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. MB12-62864-G

ORDER

The Court REINSTATES the appeal.

On March 3, 2016, we ordered the trial court to make findings regarding why appellant's brief had not been filed. We ADOPT the findings that: (1) appellant desires to pursue the appeal; (2) appellant is not indigent and is represented by retained counsel; (3) counsel explained that he was undergoing treatment for medical issues that made him unable to complete the brief before it was due; and (4) appellant's brief would be filed by April 27, 2016. We have received appellant's brief.

We ORDER appellant's brief filed as of the date of this order.

The clerk's record does not contain the trial court's judgment. Accordingly, we ORDER the Dallas County Clerk to file, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's judgment.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to John Warren, Dallas County Clerk, and to counsel for all parties.
