Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by eliminating from item 6 of the first four lines thereof as printed at page 7 of the record on appeal, and by restricting the examination under item 9 to the time prior to the time plaintiff's intestate used defendant's product and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the defendant-appellant. The date for the examination to proceed shall be fixed in the order. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
