ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated July 9, 2013, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 12, 2012, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 20, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "July 22, 2013."
