Appeals, Nos. 185 and 186, Jan. T., 1967, from orders of Court of Common Pleas No. 10 of Philadelphia County, Sept. T., 1965, Nos. 3131 and 3132, in the matter of Philip Marano and Paul P. Colletti. Orders affirmed.

Appeals from decision of Civil Service Commission sustaining action of police commissioner in dismissing policemen.

Appeals dismissed, opinion by GLEESON, J. Policemen appealed.
