The parties to this appeal have jointly filed in this court a motion to dismiss the appeal. The parties state that they have settled the case and request that this court dismiss the appeal with prejudice. Therefore, in accordance with the parties' request, we dismiss this appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1.
The motion to dismiss is granted, and the appeal is dismissed. February 18, 2016
