ORDER AMENDING SUMMARY DISPOSITION ORDER
The summary disposition order, filed on December 6, 2002, is hereby amended as follows:
On page 4, the first paragraph is amended in its entirety, to read as follows:
Accordingly, we affirm the district court's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order entered on June 12, 2001 and the district court's June 27, 2001 Order denying Blue Hawaii's motion for reconsideration.
The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original order.
