Order unanimously modified by allowing so much of item four of the notice of motion as seeks an examination as to the authority of Albert A. Volk to act in behalf of the defendant in executing the pledge, and as so modified affirmed without costs. No opinion. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
