ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge.

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Dallas, Texas, trial session, on February 5, 2024. During the proceeding, the parties notified the Court that a basis for settlement had been reached. The Court issued an Order for the parties to file a proposed stipulation decision on or before March 6, 2024. On March 4, 2024, respondent filed a status report which states that the Independent Office of Appeals has recently relayed to respondent's counsel that the abatement of the premature assessment is still pending.

Considering the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on or before May 17, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case.
