ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence Monday, October 17, 2022, in San Antonio, Texas. Pursuant to the Standing Pretrial Order, issued to petitioner June 16, 2022, petitioner was required to file a Pretrial Memorandum or written Status Report by no later than 21 days before the first day of the trial session, i.e., by September 26, 2022. As of the date of this Order, counsel for petitioner has filed neither a Pretrial Memorandum nor a written Status Report with the Court.

Accordingly and upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 7, 2022, petitioner shall file with the Court either a Pretrial Memorandum or written Status Report.
