DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 6, 2020, and March 4, 2022, respectively. Motion by the appellants to consolidate the appeals. Cross-motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal from the order dated March 4, 2022, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross-motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the cross-motion is granted, and the appeal from the order dated March 4, 2022, is dismissed, without costs and disbursements; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is denied as academic.
