Subsequently, on April 18, 2023, a second document designated Answer, very similar but not identical to the first, was filed, without further explanation or indication of the intended procedural relation to the earlier submission.
Accordingly, the premises considered, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the document filed April 18, 2023, by respondent at Docket Entry #7 shall be deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
