This case was submitted on October 18, 2022. According to the exhibit index and exhibit volume of the reporter's record, Defendant's Exhibit Numbers 4 and 5-which are not included in the appellate record-consist of an envelope and "jail mail" that were submitted under seal and for record purposes only. Based on the issues raised by appellant, it is necessary for this Court to review the original exhibits. Therefore, we ORDER court reporter Jan Dugger to prepare, certify, and file in our Court, under seal, a supplemental reporter's record containing Defendant's Exhibit Numbers 4 and 5 by no later than July 28, 2023. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.10(g) (regarding sealed records); id. 34.6(d) (allowing appellate court to direct the official court reporter to prepare, certify, and file in the appellate court a supplemental reporter's record containing the omitted items).
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable John Roach, Presiding Judge of the 296th Judicial District Court of Collin County; Jan Dugger, court reporter for the 296th Judicial District Court of Collin County; and to counsel for all parties.
