This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's New York City, New York trial session, which is scheduled to begin June 13, 2022. On May 20, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report apprising the Court that a basis for settlement in this case had been reached and that respondent requires time to prepare, send and receive back from petitioner a signed decision document. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
