Moises Wahnon Marxian's July 16, 2012, Petition for Writ of Mandamus is denied.

This appeal is dismissed as taken from a non-final, non-appealable order. See Rivera v. Dade Cnty., 485 So.2d 17, 17 (Fla. 3d DCA 1986) (stating “this court lacks jurisdiction to review orders which have not been reduced to writing”). See alsoFla. R.App. P. 9.130(a)(5) (motions for rehearing directed to an order determining the issue of forum non-conveniens do not toll time for filing a notice of appeal).
