PRESENT: , J.P., FAHEY, CARNI, SCONIERS, AND VALENTINO, JJ.

Respondent Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on July 22, 2011,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Wayne A. Vander Byl, Esq., dated November 2, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 1, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date October 31, 2012, and inserting in its place the date November 30, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 1, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date November 15, 2012, and inserting in its place the date December 17, 2012.
