ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On November 14, 2010, this court entered an order directing appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The November 14 order cautioned appellant that failure to demonstrate that this court has jurisdiction over this appeal could result in the appeal's dismissal. On December 15, 2010, this court entered an order granting appellant's telephonic request that the deadline to file a response to this court's show cause order be extended to December 22, 2010. To date, appellant has failed to file its response with this court as directed. Accordingly, we conclude that appellant has abandoned this appeal, and therefore, we
ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
