Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Steuben County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on March 30, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Terrence Baxter, Esq., sworn to November 29, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Peter K. Skivington, Esq., sworn to December 5, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 24, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date January 13, 2012, and inserting in its place the date February 14, 2012.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
