The sentence imposed by the trial court is modified so as to eliminate therefrom the words "at hard labor". See McDonald v. State, 321 So.2d 453 (Fla. 4th DCA 1975).

As modified the judgment and sentence appealed from are AFFIRMED.

AFFIRMED AS MODIFIED.
