Pervez A. MAHMUD, Respondent, v. Lamont JONES and Melissa Moore, Appellants.

Present: NICOLAI, P.J., MOLIA and IANNACCI, JJ.

Appeal from a final judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, Fifth District (James P. Flanagan, J.), entered November 5, 2009. The final judgment, after a nonjury trial, awarded landlord possession and the principal sum of $2,300 in a nonpayment summary proceeding.

ORDERED that the final judgment is affirmed, without costs.

After a nonjury trial in this nonpayment summary proceeding, the District Court awarded landlord possession and the principal sum of $2,300. Upon a review of the record, we find no basis to disturb the District Court's determination. Accordingly, the final judgment is affirmed.

NICOLAI, P.J., MOLIA and IANNACCI, JJ., concur.
