The "supplemented petition for writ of mandamus" and appendix that initiated case 2D19-3243 have been redocketed in case 2D19-2957, as they appear to have been filed in response to this court's August 6, 2019, order in case 2D19-2957.
Case 2D19-3243 is hereby dismissed as duplicative of case 2D19-2957, Going forward, the parties shall file all papers associated with the petitioner's mandamus petition under case number 2D19-2957 only.
