MAGNOLIA PLACE HEALTH CARE, LLP, Appellant v. QULIA JACKSON, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF GENE EARL ROBINSON, AND DOMINIQUE SAULS, Appellees

On Appeal from the 253rd District Court Liberty County, Texas
Trial Cause No. CV1914851

ORDER

Magnolia Place Health Care, LLP filed an opposed emergency motion to stay all trial court proceedings and discovery during the pendency of their interlocutory appeal from an order denying a motion to dismiss a health care liability case. After reviewing the motion, we find that temporary orders are necessary to preserve the parties' rights until disposition of the appeal. It is ORDERED that all further trial court proceedings and discovery in Cause Number CV1914851 are STAYED until our Opinion issues or until further order of this Court. See Tex. R. App. P. 29.3; see also Tex. R. App. P. 29.5.

ORDER ENTERED November 23, 2020.

PER CURIAM Before Kreger, Horton and Johnson, JJ.
