MOTION DECISION

An appeal and cross appeal having been taken to this Court from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 01, 2020 (Case No. 2020-03794), and said appeal having been perfected, And an appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the same court, entered on or about March 07, 2022 (Case No. 2022-01540), And defendant-appellant-respondent Writ Media Group, Inc. having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect its appeal taken to this Court on both Case Nos. 2020-03794 and 2022-01540, and extending the time in which plaintiffs-respondents-appellants Magna Equities II, LLC and Hanover Holdings I, LLC may perfect their cross appeal under Case No. 2020-03794 (Motion No. 2022-04782), And defendant-appellant-respondent Writ Media Group, Inc. having moved pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of its appeal taken under Case No. 2022-01540, and upon vacatur, for an extension of time in which to perfect that appeal and the appeal under Case No. 2022-01540 (Motion No. 2023-00054), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that Motion No. 2022-04782 is deemed withdrawn only to the extent that it seeks an extension of time to perfect the cross appeal under Case No. 2020-03794; otherwise, the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time for defendant-appellant-respondent Writ Media Group, Inc. to perfect its appeal under Case No. 2022-01540 to the June 2023 Term of this Court, and adjourning the perfected appeal and cross appeal under Case No. 2020-03794 to said June 2023 Term, with no further extensions to be granted (Motion No. 2022-04782).

It is further ordered that Motion No. 2023-00054 is denied as academic.
