Upon motion of the Court to relieve counsel of assignment to represent respondent, it is
ORDERED that upon the Court's own motion, Brian J. Mohin, Esq., is relieved of his assignment to represent respondent upon this appeal and Jessica C. Eggleston, Esq., 1035 Anna Maria Drive, #317, Johnson City, NY 13790, assigned in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120.
