The Court, having considered the Stipulation of the Parties to Remand the matter to the Superior Court of California, County of Orange, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1. The matter will be remanded to the Superior Court of California, County of Orange;
2. Each Party will bear their own attorneys' fees and costs in relation to the removal and remand;
3. The hearing scheduled for January 27, 2022 is taken off calendar.
