ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On July 1, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration. However, improperly attached to the Proposed Stipulated Decision was a stipulation to a statement of account, which should have been submitted as a separate filing.

Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 30, 2024, the parties shall file revised decision documents for the Court's consideration.
