MOTION DECISION

Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 13, 2023 (Case No. 2023-02246) and May 09, 2023 (Case No. 2023-02352),
And petitioners-appellants having moved to stay, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeals, enforcement of the aforesaid orders to the extent they require petitioner to produce certain deposition transcripts and documentary exhibits which the Supreme Court ordered to be produced in response to respondent-respondent's subpoena to a non-party, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeals, petitioners-appellants' obligation to produce the deposition transcripts and documents that are the subjects of the order entered on or about May 09, 2023, on the condition that petitioners-appellants perfect the aforesaid appeals for the October 2023 Term of this Court.
