ORDER

TAMARA W. ASHFORD JUDGE

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on March 20, 2023, in Dallas, Texas. On February 22, 2023, pursuant to the Court's Standing Pretrial Order served on the parties on November 18, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent reports that the parties have reached a basis for settlement, fully resolving the issues in this case. Respondent further reports that he has referred this settlement to a tax computation specialist (TCS) for computation, which is not expected to be completed for at least 30 days. Accordingly, respondent requests that the Court allow the parties 60 days to finalize and submit a decision document reflecting the settlement. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the March 20, 2023, Dallas, Texas Trial Session of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before April 25, 2023, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
