This case is calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing April 25, 2022, in Houston, Texas.

On March 13, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely. Petitioner has not shown good cause why this case should be tried remotely and given the volume of exhibits petitioner wishes to offer, it is not practical to try this case remotely. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely is denied. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the above-referenced Trial Session at a time and date certain of 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. The parties are advised that this case will be called at calendar call on Monday, April 25, 2022, but petitioner does not need to appear before the Court until the time and date certain of 2:00 p.m., on April 26, 2022.

This Order constitutes official notice of the same to the parties herein.
