100 So. 3d 1148 (Fla. 2012)

Opinion

No. SC12–1235.

2012-10-29

Robert Craig MacLEOD, Petitioner(s) v. STATE of Florida, Respondent(s).

Because petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to an order compelling the Fifth District Court of Appeal to issue a written opinion in case number 5D12–701, he is not entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is hereby denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10, 11 (Fla.2000).

PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
