MODIFICATION OF OPINION
The opinion herein, filed August 14, 2003, is modified as follows:
On page 16 of the typed opinion, the first sentence of the first full paragraph is deleted and in its place is inserted the following sentence: "Therefore, in order to ascertain the scope of an exclusion, we must first consider the coverage language of the policy."
This modification does not affect the judgment.
