Motion to dismiss the appeal granted to the extent that the appeal as against defendant La Salle Industries, Inc., is dismissed, with costs and $20 costs of motion, upon the ground that the order of the Appellate Division insofar as it pertains to that defendant does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion otherwise denied.
